Shipping

Orders are currently shipped within Austria and selected EU countries including Germany.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation, I am currently only able to ship physical orders to Austria and Germany. I’m sorry that international shipping is temporarily limited, and hope to offer shipping to more countries again in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

For preorder drops production begins after the preorder period ends. Depending on the product please allow around 2-4 weeks for production before shipping.

Estimated shipping times:
Austria: 1-3 business days
EU: 2-5 business days

Shipping within Austria is handled via Österreichische Post. EU orders are shipped with local carriers.
Standard shipping includes a tracking link.

Please note that if you choose the free option ‘Local Pickup’ wrongfully your order will be cancelled. You can then place a new order choosing the correct shipping option.

Returns

At the moment returns are only accepted in case of damaged or incorrectly delivered items.

As this is a very small independent project, returns for other reasons (such as sizing or change of mind) are currently limited.

If something arrived damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. If an item is damaged due to production errors your order will be replaced or refunded.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the wrong item was received.
